UHPC-Premix
Main purpose:
UHPC-Premix is a factory-prepared composite material that integrates UHPC’s key components (cement, mineral admixtures, fine aggregates, superplasticizers, fibers, etc.) in precise proportions. It simplifies on-site construction by only requiring the addition of specified water and uniform mixing, guarantees consistent and stable UHPC performance through strict factory quality control, lowers the application threshold for UHPC, and thus promotes its widespread use in various engineering fields.

**Ultra-high strength fiber toughened concrete is produced with cement and mineral admixtures as cementitious materials, combined with aggregates, additives, high strength fine steel fibers and/or non-metallic fibers, water and other raw materials, which has ultra-high mechanical properties and durability.

◎Bending strength 12-30MPa
◎Tensile strength 3.5-13.2MPa
◎The chloride ion diffusion coefficient can reach≤2.0x10-¹3m²/s
◎The apparent gas permeability coefficient can reach≤1.0x10-19m²
◎Abrasion resistance index≤0.7
◎High explosion resistance and impact resistance
◎Low water-cement ratio → high density → low porosity → dense microstructure
◎High durability
